I had a great experience with Water Rescue after discovering a leak in my ceiling that was causing water to come into my kitchen. They arrived right away and were extremely professional and polite. They also took the time to protect my wood floors from any additional damage, which I really appreciated. They did multiple moisture measurements and at first it seemed like the water levels were going down, so I thought I had stopped the leak. Unfortunately, after a major rain event the following week, everything became saturated again and I ended up with another leak through the ceiling. I called Water Rescue, and Matt came out the very next day to set up the dehumidifier and fans again. Matt also took the time to carefully check for any signs of mold, and his knowledge about the science of mold growth really put my mind at ease. He explained what to watch for and why certain areas were more vulnerable, which helped me feel confident that my home will be safe from mold once the restoration is completed. He was also incredibly helpful in providing referrals to reliable contractors for the deck repairs I’ll need in order to fully address the source of the leak. His professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care for customers truly stand out. I really appreciate their quick response and the level of care they brought to the entire process. I highly recommend Water Rescue.

Matt was very helpful in assessing whether or not there was moisture or mold underneath our bathroom flooring, where we had seen water coming up between the seams of the vinyl after a leak. There was only a small area that showed moisture and he instructed us on how to take care of it ourselves. As we chatted and questions arose about other parts of the house, he generously volunteered to take a look and advise. We had a great experience with Matt!
