A catastrophic failure of a valve for a sink resulted in an estimated 5 gallons of water to leak on the second floor of the house. Which leaked onto the room below. Matt arrived on time. Matt was thorough, and investigated for the presence of water using infra-red readings as well as moisture meters. I am very pleased with Puget Sound Water Rescue.

Puget Sound Water Rescue came out to inspect water damage and, specifically to check for mold. They gave me great advice on how to deal with it at a lower cost and consulted with the insurance adjuster on cause of the leak. They did the remediation work and were professional and pleasant to work with and answered all my questions.
