There is nothing that I can say positive about this company. The owner is a narcissist and incompetent to boot. When the board directs him to take an action he fails nearly every time to complete the task unless the board continually checks on him. He does not grasp the language of RCW 42.30.110 and argues with the board about what it means and what can and cannot be discussed in executive session. He does not want any real documentation of board minutes and is always trying to get the secretary to remove parts of the minutes. I would not recommend the company.

Our condominium complex has used ATC for several years. Compared to other property management services we have used, ATC is over-the-top better. Found many property management firms have constant employee turnover. Being stuck with a person with no background in property management & an 'I could care less attitude' is like flushing money down the toilet. ATC's staff very capable, little staff turnover & consistently on top of things. Even do their best to train Boards of homeowners associations to do their best for their owners. Think they are overworked & need more stafff, but that seems to be the case everywhere these days.
