Materials did not arrive on time, and job was delayed. About two weeks later, I came home from work to find the job was started. I was given no notice, and I was unable to make any preparations. Because of this, they stranded my dog in the back yard the entire day with no food or water. I was very upset about this. They spent the entire project trying to get away with one short cut after another. Many of them bordered on ridiculous. At one point, they ran out of the factory colored siding that we agreed upon, and sided almost an entire side of my house with siding of another color. They told me that they would paint it the correct color. I pointed out that I paid for factory colored and cured siding. I told them to get the correct siding, take it all down, and do it again. I am still finding details that were done incorrectly, and having to fix them properly myself.

It was a struggle to find anyone to bid on my small siding job—repairing a few panels, plus some trim. Not only did they respond promptly; they also came out a second time to clarify the bid details. The whole job was handled quickly and professionally. All in all, a really great customer experience.
