We were very impressed by the main installer. He was extremely careful and did an excellent job, including with some tricky cutting required to inset some of our new windows, and retaining existing interior molding when installing a new door, and the crew did a great job keeping our house clean. We also like the design of the Marvin Infinity windows that they sell much better than any other windows we looked at.

I purchased seven windows from Signature. The Infinity windows by Marvin are high-end windows of exceptional quality. They are priced accordingly. If you want quality this is way to go. There is no doubt that you can get mediocre windows for substantially less money. Signature customer service was exceptional. They kept me informed of things every step of the way--they even called me to let me know they received my downpayment check. The two-man work crew were meticulous about clean-up and fully protected my hardwood floors and carpet. They used HEPA filters on their saws, so even drywall dust was not an issue. Their work was excellent and they were very conscientious about doing a good, thorough job to the highest standards. I'm a perfectionist and I approve of their work. I've also spent my life in the construction industry, so I know quality work when I see it.

Signature replaced all the windows in our two story home. There was no high pressure in the sales process and they offered choices for various finishes and prices. They let us choose what we wanted based upon our preferences and budget. Their prices seemed somewhat on the high side but we were very happy with the quality of windows and installation. The installers took extra care and time to get the job done right when it came to some difficult trim areas and were always willing to answer our questions.
