Over the course of a year their prices more than doubled to 450 for a simple 20k service, basically oil change and tire rotation, plus some inspections. They offered to throw in the 25k service for free, which I foolishly accepted. For the 25k service they did absolutely nothing but took 2 hours to do it. So for the 30k service I took it to a locally-owned repair shop, who charged only 120 and took only 1 hour. That's where I'll go in the future.
