Next Level came out and did a thorough top-to-bottom inspection of our fireplace and chimney. They took pictures of everything, and walked us through all of the potential issues, showing us each one, and explaining what the necessary repairs would be, providing us several options, including what those options meant in terms of usability of our fireplace, and future issues. The outside of the chimney needed considerable work, as the mortar had been deteriorating, and the flashing had been done improperly when the roof had been replaced. The flue and firebox had cracks and needed repair as well. When they did the work, they were thoroughly professional, and documented everything they were doing with photos, so we could clearly see the before and after. We were very pleased with their thoroughness, and feel confident we now have a fully safe fireplace and chimney.
