Went to there show room really would of liked to of looked ,but sales person wasn't very interested in helping me when he saw I had gotten some bids already. He asked where I lived ,I said Bothell. He let me know they did not do much in our area. I never got to look, would of really liked to of! Wow pretty uninterested! Needed two gas fire place inserts, left without looking!!! seem to have a problem with submitting my complaint ! ?
