Wish their boarding hours were longer.

It boils down to dollars and cents. I couldn't afford the visits. This is supposedly a caring small mom and pop vet. The were more concerned about collecting the bill. The first time I'd taken my kitty, the rating would have been very different than now. The last time I brought my kitty in, they overlooked another infected site right next to the site they treated. When I called cause my kitty wasn't getting better, they could care less, andif I were to bring him back in, there would be charges for a new visit $300. Good thing the infection drained, and he was in an antibiotic. That visit I asked about the severe skin disorder, they guessed it could be food. Why did they not want to treat him further along with the reason for bringing him in for emergency. Hes6 almost bald and itches incessantly. I can tell he is not feeling well. If he isn't sleeping, he's itching and scratching himself raw. He's list so much weight. I traveled 5 hours to and from this vet. You get what you pay for. A friend that was with me suggested "diabetes". They did blood work based on her unprofessional thought, not any thought of the doctor put into his condition, and testing based on their professional opinion. Why? Why did they not look further, and help this poor tormented cat? And did unnecessary bloodworm that cost me over $100 for diabetes. It was my unprofessional opinion he didn't need that blood work cause he was not diabetic. But I was not there when my friend suggested it. Maybe I misunderstood, but I wint5be going back there.
