A most disappointing experience in dealing with a very important service. There was no communication initiated by the staff person in charge to let me know how things were progressing. He promised to provide a link so I could view my household goods online when they were posted. Nothing was ever communicated to me that my goods were up for sale - as promised. I had moved from WA to CO but no phone calls, no texts , no emails were initiated by Joe for 2 months. I finally texted to ask for progress and an email of an invoice was sent to me with an unusual large amount $$ DUE - detailing a few items sold and labor costs. I had no idea how that all transpires without sharing the progress with the customer (me). Such a disappointing experience for such a needed service .
