Pool in excellent condition, but access caters to early morning and children. As an older adult, I find it difficult to get a lane in evenings to just swim laps. Some of the strength building equipment has lots of wear and tear. Through YMCA arrangement with Sound Fitness and Training, have sessions with personal trainer Matt Anderson. He is excellent - attentive and has knowledge and experience to help person reach fitness goals.
