Washington Energy Services replaced our gas furnace and hot water heater in August 2026. Their price was better than a quote we got from another well known Seattle HVAC firm. We are very pleased with the work they did. They did everything on schedule and did all the work as proposed. Left everything neat staff was friendly. The only issue is that we had to switch from gas water heaterto electric when the install crew was onsite to properly vent to the outside. I know it was a complicated project but still i think the estimator should have been able to know that prior to providing the estimate. In the end, though it all worked out great and I would work with that same estimator again.

During heating annual maintenance discovered a CO leak bad enough to have us shut furnace off. Replaced furnace and heat pump. A fairly involved job, taking two technicians and one electrician two full days.
