I have been shopping vanities and countertops to replace the ones on two bathrooms. Visited the store, got a quote on the spot. I mentioned that I was also wanting to remove a Jacuzzi tub and install a walk-in shower. The man at the store said that Bryan also does remodels, so a time for the visit was set and Bryan did arrive on time. I has now been 1 month and I have yet to receive said quote. I gave Bryan a list of work that I wished to have done, waited two weeks and emailed and called the store, nothing. About 10 days ago I got an email from the man that works at the store that if possible, please send the list. I did resend, but zero response.

This is a confusingly named company that my contractor recommended to me. I went to "Bryan’s Countertop & Cabinet" in Lynnwood but my invoices all said "Evergreen Granite & Cabinet" at the same address in Lynnwood. There are other "Evergreen Granite & Cabinet" companies in Renton, Shoreline, and Everett and I don't know if they are all the same company. The selection was fine and I'm happy with the quartz product but the installers were difficult to deal with, were late or no-showed a couple of times, and tried to take shortcuts resulting in having to re-do the install. I do not recommend.
