Came out to inspect water damage and immediately wanted me to sign a contract that I would hire them to do the remediation and remodel work before they had even looked at the damage. Contract stated I would pay them $200 if I did not hire them to do the remodel. I refused to sign and hired someone else. Beware! Read the small print.

Leak behind tile in shower, affected drywall, insulation and carpet. Very thorough, discovered an additional leak; plumber able to fix both while ceiling/walls were removed. Brought in a plumber who explained problems with cast iron pipe and replaced. Professional crew, comfortable with them having access to my house. Owner checked drying process daily and adjusted fans, etc., as needed. Considering the situation, minimal disruption to household. Cleaned up mess and disposed of debris. Worked well with insurance adjuster (PEMCO) to settle claim even though I chose someone else to do the rebuild. Great attention to detail and thoroughness of work. Highly recommend.

Daniel Wright came over shortly after the water damage occurred. He informed us of the type, extent, and severity of the damage, and we were able to look at the testing equipment to verify this. His company was able to start and complete the job promptly. He was experienced with the impact and trauma of water damage mitigation on a household, and was honest and skilled in helping all involved deal with the situation. We recommend this company, and appreciate their expertise and hard work.
