Company indicated they were in Lynnwood WA but technician said they were from South Seattle so that is why it took a while to get to us. He did install new roller spring bars on two single garage doors (so that the doors would open) but the charge just for that outrageous - $1075. He did not check anything else while there. They charged $200 just for diagnostics so at that point, we just went with them trying to recoup the $200.00
