They generally do good work, and will fix a problem if you ask. But also will try to add services without telling you the cost. They do ask if you want the service, but don't tell you it will cost more. Their website doesn't really tell you how much you will pay for your exact service with that stylist. You have to ask in advance to avoid the surprise.
