I visited the location at 2027 Broadway, Everett, WA. I explained I wanted to replace an existing old fireplace insert. Rod Anderson thoroughly explained all of the options available to me. We booked an appointment for someone to come out and inspect and measure the current insert. An appointment was also booked for the install which went smoothly. I am very pleased with the new insert.
