Not Recommended
Some nurses & therapists are good but stifled because management doesn't empower or help much. They focus on cutting costs. Others are adequate at best. Some aides are terrible yet remain...They use either poorly rated doctors, overworked ones, or very inexperienced ones. Result is same - not enough timely, skilled oversight. Terrible communication between elements like therapists, nurses, doctors, etc...Expect 45-60 minute wait for resolution every time you press the call button. They arrive in 15-20 mins but don't fix issue for 30-45 more mins...If patient can advocate for themselves, they'll manage if they persist but may have to become a pest to do it. If patient can't, don't come here...Medicare rates them as 5 star. If this is Medicare's best, God help us all.
