MercyVet is expensive, both because their rates are high, but most troublingly because they often add on products and treatments my pet doesn't seem to really need but which I am in no position to argue about.

All the vets at Mercy Vet including the tooth cleaner are kind and responsive to animals' needs. They're emphatic about taking good care of pets but also aware of customers' budgets and really good about suggesting natural remedies, homeopathics, and herbs. They were able to help my dog's digestive problems with a remedy that cost very little, was easy to administer (my dog loved it) and also had a beneficial effect on her nervous system.

I prefer email over phone call, and my vet is always willing to give advice via email.
