My Fireplace Xtrordinair had not been serviced in over 20 years and needed a thermocouple and cleaning. The technician arrived promptly and got it in working order. He was professional and careful to protect the floors and work area surround. Many companies will not service a unit if you didn't buy it from them so I was happy that they took care of mine as they service this particular brand, had parts on hand, and were reputable.
