Had a favorite print hit the floor. The corner of the metal frame was bent and the glass shattered. I took it in asking what could be done, and was told they would be able to replace the damaged frame pieces. I was given an estimate and told it would be ready within a week. I was called when the work was complete, and was surprised to be told the framer was actually able to straighten the frame and only a charge for replacing the glass applied. The frame looked 100%. The honesty and integrity, as well as the skill of these guys is incredible. I would have gladly paid the full estimate price, but they said "no need, glad we could do this for you".
