Absolute chaos trying to get bill straightened out. Took 3 months! Often don't return calls. Main problem is the office and major disorganization. Installation people seem to know what they're doing.

This company is the WORST! Failed to answer phones. Did not return calls and messages. Removed an exhaust vent and failed to repair/replace it. Would not return to finish work. Failed to show up for five appointments. NOT recommended!
