I have been going off and on to Dr. Groves for many years. He has helped me through several painful injuries. Dr. Groves is trained and uses the "Activator Method" instead of the traditional method of chiropractic care, which I prefer. He also believes in using exercises to help speed up one's recovery. Dr. Groves' staff is always friendly. Even though he has moved his office and it isn't as convenient for me, I continue to see Dr. Groves when I am hurting. I recommend him.

Dr. Groves has treated both my wife and myself when back issues arise. Dr. Groves has relieved back pain for both of us over the last two years. We respond well and have been very pleased with the activator method versus spinal manipulation. We both highly recommend Dr. Groves and the activator method.
