We had several different care givers over the course of a couple weeks. One friendly, one down right rude, the others indifferent. None were self-starters when it came to getting things done. Had to point things out and ask for the obvious to be done.

They are unable to retain staff due to extremely low wages/health benefits offered to their employees. The turnover rate is very high and as a result there are very few excellent employees. If you do go with this agency, ask for Linnea Boehm who is trustworthy, competent, compassionate, dependable, and reliable– – By far their best employee!
