They did a good job.

They had to come back several times to correct problems. The most serious one was hooking up the intake/out take exhaust lines crossed which cause carbon monoxide to fill the attached garage and we didn't notice it until the next day when we went in the garage and everything was dripping wet and we had headaches. That's when we started checking the newly installed tankless water heaters and noticed the problem. There were numerous other issues too, but they did correct all of them.
