We've been customers of Bruce Titus since early 2017. They have always been courteous and helpful on the phone, as well as in the shop. They have done excellent work for us since we bought our Edge and 150 Pick Up Truck. All recall issues, scheduled maintenance, questions, and a couple of tweaks after purchase were handled professionally but they made us feel like family members instead of just customers..
