A year ago I had a car that we just couldn't figure out what was wrong with it, it would die whenever it wanted to, often leaving me having to get a tow home. Nothing came up on any of the diagnostics as to why it did this either. Finally one time the tow guy told me to start it up and see if it would get to Walt's on its own, it went about 3 miles and died again. But this time it had died just before it got there and they were able to figure out that it was the fuel filter inside the gas tank that was causing the problem! It costed us a pretty penny to fix it, but they had her all fixed up by 9am the next morning and I was on my way. They had so many chances here of costing me a while lot of money, but they didn't. I really appreciate their integrity!

Car was taken in for regular maintenance and new battery - was told struts should be replaced which was done ($1800). When car was picked up, brakes were soft, then ABS sensor light came on and grinding noise - immediately taken back and was told it had nothing to do with previous work just done - cost another $1000 for front wheel bearings and ABS sensor replacement
