Bought a new house. It came with the manufacturers paperwork for the pellet stove that was put in by the previous owners, the paperwork included a stamp with Custom Fireplace's name and contact info. When we called for cleaning and maintenance issues they told us they had no record of them installing it, regardless of what our paperwork said and because of that they were unable (and apparently unwilling) to help us or answer questions we had about the stove.
