The staff clearly enjoy working together. It makes for a pleasant atmosphere. The office manager knows insurance well. The physical therapist diagnosed issues that had gone undiagnosed by other practitioners and offered a clear program of in-office and home exercises. I asked him to look at what I already do at home. He corrected my form and offered safer alternatives. The assistant was knowledgeable as well and made sure my form was correct. Both were skilled at targeted massage to address my issue. They have private rooms for massage and assessment, but much of the exercise is done in a small space shared by the therapists and their clients. I enjoyed the collegial atmosphere, but someone wanting more privacy might not like it.
