Indigo is prompt answering the phone and courteous. During a recent inspection the tech talked me through the issue and offered options. When we first moved in they were also good about explaining distances to keep plants away and how the system worked. Called once when the alarm went off and actually got a real person. Well run business and employees all seem very professional and competent.
