We used Rocket Mortgage and the escrow company Amrock that they use to purchase our home. They (Amrock) never recorded the deed in early spring when we "closed." Our attorney happened to look at King County Parcel viewer and noticed that the house was still in the previous owner's name. It was not till the end of November that the deed was properly recorded. Rocket/Amrock were fined a substantial amount for this

I took my clues rocket mortgage. They are extremely easy to work with and very thorough. They were Able to handle all concerns today brother. Everything was asked and answered in an extremely efficient and quick way.
