Evergreen. We were plagued with a basement flood and COVID at the same time. Our insurance company, USAA, assigned the basement cleanup job to evergreen on 1 Feb 2020. Since Wa state laws prohibited any interior work, unless it was an emergency, Evergreen and USAA put us on hold for over a year. We are both seniors and vaccinations weren't available until 2021, but evergreen's project manager, Shanelle Smith, called or emailed us to ensure that we were okay. They completed the job in August of 2021. We remained COVID free and they made our basement look great.
