Came out to work on heat pump during cold snap. Did diagnostic work and added refrigerant, but ultimately said full diagnosis could not be done until warmer weather. 10 days later on Christmas eve day backup furnace stopped heating. Late on Christmas eve day called and got answering service (most businesses had closed down). Assumed I would hear nothing until after Christmas. 20 minutes later got call back from Overlake. He tried to talk me through problem, but then volunteered to come out. 30 minutes later arrived. Did extensive diagnosis, fixed problem, and then said, "No charge, Merry Christmas." I was floored just to get a response late on that day, let in mind no charge. Made my day.

Rob came out to give us a bid. Clearly knows the business and made good suggestions when we were deciding between a heat pump and A/C. It took 2 days to install the A/C unit. Did a nice job streamlining the tubes, cords, etc. Second day was not smooth (newer employee?) and he didn't leave until 10pm. In the end, the A/C unit was working just in time for the big heat wave in the PNW. I would use them again for future HVAC services.
