We obtained four proposals to replace an existing gas furnace and air conditioning unit with a heat pump. Three of the four, including Pearce, proposed the same Bryant brand and primary system components, making it fairly easy to compare the costs. Pearce's was initially a couple thousand dollars higher than the other bids. After I noted that, they adjusted the price. Although Pearce was still a few hundred dollars more than the lowest bid, we selected them and we're happy we did. The person who initially visited and prepared the proposal explained better than anyone else some of the unique characteristics of the homes in our neighborhood, including a fresh air exchanger. During the installation, they added a simple "light" switch to make it easy to pause the air cycling on days when wildfire smoke is bed - a nice touch. The installation crew was right on time, super friendly, and promptly accommodated a couple requests I had regarding the routing of the coolant. Finally, the office staff, with whom I interacted with re scheduling and billing, were always promptly responsive and cheerful. While I certainly suggest one get a few different bids for a job like this, I comfortably recommend that you include Pearce on your list of potential residential HVAC contractors.

Pearce Heating and A/C have been proving us excellent service for years. They also did an excellent job putting in our new whole house A/C and replacing our okd furnace. Can’t say enough good things about them
