Gerber is now part of the Safelight / American Glass group. The tech was prompt and courteous and quick. The first installation left a lot of gapping at the upper corners and roof where the metal showed through. He explained that this is because the kit for an older vehicle like mine might have been sitting around for years, so it would need time in the sun to stretch out. But I was unhappy with the result and I didn't really buy the story, so he pulled it off and reinstalled using a new generic kit instead, which ended up looking great. This was only possible because he did it right away before the glue had completed hardening. My recommendation is to be on the spot and check how the install looks. Make sure you're happy with it while there's still time to fix it if not.
