I hate the self service machine where you request your service and pay. It is very confusing and I often mess this up. But the staff have been very nice to fix things when that happens. But it is frustrating.

They invited me to take my car back through the car wash because of the sticky evergreen pollen that it did not get off. The second time through made the overall result a good bit better.
