This is no snap/crackle/pop technique. But it's more effective. By seeing your alignment on the table, Dr. Nelson can spot and relieve problems you didn't even know you had until you stand back up. I'd seen other excellent chiropractors but this is a whole level beyond using a activator to create change, which is a sort of quick thump on key places that acupuncture might spot to relieve restrictions in the body. The office is convenient and the staff is kind and welcoming. It's a different experience but it's one that offers great relief. Dr. Nelson is also a master of this technique and teaches it to others at the highest levels.
