The garage door tech for National, Jeff, was assigned the job of removing and replacing our garage door torsion spring, which after almost 30 years of being used, finally split in two pieces. Along with the education of finding out that most common springs last through approximately 10,000 cycles, Jeff fixed the spring and cables to get the door functioning again. Along with that, at no additional charge, he did maintenance on our two everyday usage doors (tightening bolts, light oil spraying hinges, checking the garage door opener, etc.) Can’t say enough about how satisfied we were with the work of Jeff, and the company he works for, National. True professional experience, at the price quoted beforehand.
