I’ve been taking my German Shepherd here since she was a puppy, about 3 years now. She suffers from pretty extreme anxiety and most especially if she sees other dogs, she just loses her mind completely and acts like Cujo. When I take her to Brookfield, we never have to worry about that because they manage their patients, time and space so well that there’s never any other animals in the lobby when we walk in. They have always gone above and beyond for us, excellent with communicating and giving us information. Last year our dog needed surgery because she broke her tooth. I had a whole lot of questions and the doctor and I were on the phone for quite some time while she explained everything to me and made sure I was satisfied with the conversation. It’s a big of a drive (around 20 minutes one way), but it’s well worth it. Their prices are also reasonable, which I appreciate. All around good people here.

After the main doctor left the new doctor or nurse didn't care that my cat was allergic to a vaccine and guilt-tripped me into getting the vaccine again which made my cat very sick. It was in her fill that she had bad reaction and they didn't care
