Our old gas furnace needed to be replaced. We had 3 other companies give bids. Mountain Valley impressed us immediately with their level of knowledge about our existing system. The other companies strongly recommended a new heat pump But MV said our existing heat pump was just great and should last for years, saving us thousands! They gave us 3 quotes for a new furnace (we chose the middle) and went above and beyond with the installation. We are extremely happy we chose MV!

Based on their continuing excellent service, they are my “go-to” company for all my heating and air-conditioning needs. This year’s maintenance of my air conditioning unit is a typical example of their service: they dis-assembled the outdoor unit and cleaned all parts, inside and out, in addition to making the usual voltage and pressure checks. The unit looks (and performs) like new! Previous service from the dealer who installed my system consisted only of basic pressure and electrical measurements! What a contrast in service! These guys are great!

Mountain Valley Heating & Air Conditioning installed a new furnace and hot water in my house several years ago, and have performed follow up maintenance on a regular basis since. Owner Ann Williams and all of her employees have been wonderful to work with.
