Expert, experienced personnel provided yearly preventive maintenance on my air conditioning system. Extremely knowledgeable and thorough. A refreshing change from the inexperienced “newbies” sent by the bigger “name” companies I’ve used in the past. They are my “go-to” now for all my HVAC needs.

This company is nice to work with. Responsive, knowledgeable and competent. I can't really speak to pricing but suspect they are about in line with others, maybe a little less. Jim did a very nice job with a new furnace.

Mountain Valley recently installed a new high efficiency furnace in our house. Jim came out to evaluate our old furnace which was beyond repair. He was extremely thorough in his explanation of options. There was no hype and no pressure. Their bid was by far the most reasonable, and their work was excellent. No dust, no mess and everything was left impeccable after installation. All our interactions with employees over the phone and in person were helpful and positive. I feel this is one of those old fashioned companies that value their work, their staff and their customers and just want to do an outstanding job. I highly recommend them!
