A fairly simple front brake pad replacement on my Prius turned out to be more complex several months later when they discovered a bad front wheel bearing was causing strange braking sounds and uneven disc rotor wear. I'm very happy that they found this bad bearing and properly fixed it, although it ended up costing quite a bit more than expected for just a brake job. I had a qualified mechanic and helpful service technician.

Expensive but highly reliable over many visits. Free loaner car. All work has been done on time and for the amount quoted. Excellent communication. Pleasant waiting area for while-you-wait oil changes and minor repairs.
