Overall very good service. However, these are the concerns that need improvement: More reliable and efficient communications when returning phone calls for booking support, and we appreciate confirmation calls. The quality of the last appointment was not as good as before (and we appreciated the consistency for all these years), there were some grooming details that were overlooked (trimming around the dog's eyes wasn't as thorough as usual) and the job appeared rushed. Sometimes there's a straggler hair on the tail or ears. I'd like to see better double-checking of the work at the end before the pet comes back to us. We have experienced better quality before, and the last few visits were somewhat disappointing.
