Converting from oil to heat pump. Extremely competitive bid, no upselling (which I experienced from other bidders), work on time exactly, neat, clear directions.

They were excellent at looking at different options, understanding all the rebates, incentives and tax breaks available and helped with all. The listened well, were very communicative before, during and after construction and had the lowest price of the five heat pump contractors that provided estimates. By the way, all five contractors were preapproved by the City of Seattle for their incentives. There was an $8,000 difference between Olsen and the highest estimate.
