it is not a fancy place in terms of food or accomodation, but the staff are very caring, attentive and responsible.

My disabled brother lived at Park Place for several years before his health deteriorated further and he had to move to a nursing home. He was extremely happy at Park Place, as the staff were very friendly and caring, the facility was always clean, and he was able to make friends with a number of other residents there. He also became friendly with the staff, which was really nice because he was pretty reclusive normally. He was also a little quirky, and the staff embraced that about him and always treated him with respect. Before going to Park Place he lived at a more expensive assisted living facility in Redmond, where he received care that was far inferior to that provided at Park Place. We, his family, always considered us all to be very lucky that we found Park Place. The only problem my brother had was with the food, which was good but not generally healthy. My brother had a heart problem and needed to watch what he ate, and it was hard for him to do that because most menu items were fattening and high in sodium. In addition, there were limits on how much food he could have, which was a little difficult for him because he had quite an appetite. But overall, I highly recommend Park Place because of the outstanding care my brother received there. The nursing staff was always on top of what was happening with my brother medically, and they coordinated closely with his primary care physician whenever there were issues. I wouldn't hesitate to arrange for another loved one to go there if the need arose.
