Audi of Seattle did work for me twice. I found them expensive. The Audi I have had serious engine problems. I scheduled a meeting with the service director. When I went to the meeting there was him & three other people there from different. I was offered a small amount for my car & basically told I was s.o.l. I’ve not gone back.

This dealer is said to be the longest-operating Audi dealership in the U.S. Ownership is combined with University Volkswagen, which is adjacent. The showroom and service check-in areas are modern and clean. There is a sense of order and efficiency among the staff. Service advisors present as serious and focused, though not particularly friendly. You may be ignored and not get eye contact during busy periods, even though others in the area could step in to greet you and steer you toward the next advisor. This level of care is expected with luxury shops, but not always practiced here. Service and repair costs are very high--consistent with all German luxury auto dealers. Generally, the dealership has an adequate number of loan cars available if service is scheduled at least a week in advance. Beware of the vaunted "Audi Certified Pre-Owned" program. It is only as good as the dealer's reputation and good will. Audi North America will not back up buyers in a dispute, contrary to advertising!

A very pleasant experience having warrantee & oil change service completed with a free loaner car. Very well trained staff.
