All my visits for my 2022 RAV4 Hybrid have been covered by warranty so I can't speak for the cost of maintenance, and no repairs have been needed. Several aspects of the service I really like: automatic emails for scheduled service, easy online appointment scheduling, fast and indoor access to the service bays, nice waiting area, polite and helpful service techs. I know the conventional wisdom is that dealership is service isn't worth it, but my experience with two Toyota of Seattle stores have made me a loyal customer, for both purchase and service.
