I with there were other convenient options. We've used West Seattle Autoworks twice recently for our two cars. For the first appointment I had questions regarding use of OEM parts. The email communication was not consistent. They also forgot to save the parts as I requested. After the second service the brakes that were services developed a loud squeal when first driving the vehicle. We took it in and they were unable to reproduce the noise. They charged a diagnostic fee for this check! The squeal still exists. I hesitantly recommend them.
