Did not go with this business for my job, as they were really poor on the communication front. After sending an initial contact email I was called by one of their estimators and was able to set up an appointment. The day and time of the appointment arrived, and he never showed up. I eventually called him, and he indicated he had sent me a cancellation email the day prior. I never received any email (Even in my junk mail folder). Over the phone we rescheduled for a week from that date. A week later, the morning of our re-scheduled appointment, he sent me another email indicating he would have to re-schedule again. No apology, just "need to reschedule... family issue today". I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, but in this case, two strikes and you're out.
