Got a low bid to clean my metal pipe flue. When he got here he said I needed a "deep cleaning" and the price would be $500. The "deep cleaning" simply involved cleaning the ash out of the fire pit which I usually do myself. The flue cleaning was very superficial and I had to ask him to take the cap off the bottom of the flue to get the residue out - he was going to just leave it in the flue. He did get the job done weeks ahead of others that I called but I would not use this company again.
