Bought countertops in Quartzite. Horrible service. Even worse installation.

I bought a whole kitchen with Pius cabinets but had someone else install them, so far I really liked the cabinets and they were delivered quickly.

Can't rate Pius as after wandering through the4th Ave store for more than 30 minutes (yes, I timed it), not one person approached to acknowledge my presence or to offer their assistance. It was more important for the two women to stand behind the desk and "visit" than to deal with customers. When I wanted to inquire about something, both were then on the phone (I think with customers). I then went to the 1st Ave store thinking it might be a better experience. I was wrong. They will let you wander around and look at everything yourself without acknowledging your presence. I took my money elsewhere and will NEVER recommend Pius!
