This is a one man operation, but he was able to schedule us quickly. He tried to trouble shoot over the phone for fixes we could do ourselves, which I appreciated, but it was really a job for an electrician in person. He was quick and thorough and gave us advice on another matter that turns out to be too expensive. A real gem. Will definitely call him again.
